Preparation of the Execution Project, Technical Management of the Work, and Health and Safety Coordination

Description of the Work:

The planned works include the renovation of the drinking water supply pipeline, the improvement of the sewerage pipeline in order to guarantee the correct drainage of water in periods of heavy rainfall, the execution of new telecommunications services pipelines and, finally, the paving of sidewalks and roads in the Las Hervencias industrial park.

The works to be executed can be grouped into two different blocks depending on the streets in which they are carried out:

Río Esla Street and Río Eresma Street up to the confluence with Río Cega Street

  • Renovation of the old supply pipeline by installing a new ductile cast iron pipeline
  • Construction of a new sewerage system collector under the road in a small section of Río Esla Street
  • Installation of telecommunications conduits under the sidewalk over or under the road
  • Sidewalk and road paving

Eresma Street from the confluence with Río Cega Street, Jorge de Santayana Street, Río Torio and Río Pomar streets

  • Renovation of the old supply pipeline through the installation of a new ductile cast iron pipeline
