INDEPRO joins RURENER event in Nagypáli, Hungary, to explore innovations in energy and sustainable rural development
INDEPRO is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming event organized by RURENER, which will be held in Nagypáli, Hungary from May 13th to 15th. The focus of the event is to explore the latest developments in renewable energy and sustainable rural development, and will take place in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature.
Nagypáli is a village that has gained international recognition for its commitment to sustainability and its goal of becoming a self-sustainable settlement at the European level. Since the launch of the “Green Road” program in 1997, led by Mayor Tibor Köcse, Nagypáli has been a model of development that combines the preservation of local traditions with the implementation of innovative technologies.
One of Nagypáli’s main attractions is its Energy Park, which is located in the heart of the village. The park serves as an example for other European settlements in its focus on the use of renewable energy sources. This focus has been instrumental in attracting new families to the village, resulting in a remarkable population growth in recent years.
The event will provide INDEPRO and other participants with an opportunity to get an up-close look at the innovative solutions implemented in Nagypáli. These solutions range from the installation of smart banks to renewable energy generation. The aim is to inspire similar projects across Europe.
