Building of a wastewater treatment plant based on activated sludge biological treatment
Description of the Works:
The project consists of the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant, where INDEPRO performs the role of Construction Management, verifying the compliance with the project and its specifications, and coordinating the health and safety of the works.
The sizing of the plant has been carried out for a total equivalent population of 4141 inhabitants, obtaining an average daily volume of 869.61 m3 in summer and 572.25 m3 in winter.

The design system is based on the biological treatment of activated sludge with the following characteristics:
- Water line: pretreatment with compact desanding-degreasing equipment, biological treatment of activated sludge with carousel-type reactor and secondary decantation.
- Sludge line: sludge thickening by gravity and dewatering by centrifuges.
