W.W.T.P. And Outlet Pipe in Los Santos (Salamanca)

Project for the construction of wastewater treatment works in the municipality of Los Santos, in order to provide technical support for the execution of these works and for obtaining the appropriate licenses and authorizations.

The design population is 2,235 equivalent inhabitants, treating an average flow of 522.25 m3/day.

In addition, INDEPRO performs the functions of Construction Management, verifying the correct supervision of the execution of the work in conformity with the conditions defined in the project as well as in the specifications.

The treatment system consists of the following elements:

• The intake works consist of: general spillway / by-pass chamber, coarse water well, two roughing channels (automatic cleaning ladder screen and manual cleaning grate) and raw water pumping well.
• Compact pretreatment. The equipment performs roughing (screw screen), desanding (longitudinal desanding tank) and degreasing (lateral and parallel to the desander with automatic grease separation racket) treatments.
• Delivery pit.
• SBR chamber (ABJ), equipped with aeration system and settling system. Each chamber will have an impulsion system for the extraction of the sludge, depositing it in the thickeners formed by two pumps (1+1).
