W.P.P. at Piedralaves (Ávila)

The construction of a Water Purification Plant to supply the municipality of Piedralaves is being executed. The average treatment flow rate will be 90 l/s, obtaining a drinking water treatment capacity of 3,750 m3/day in 12 hours of operation. The water treatment is carried out by means of a physical-chemical system, with previous Ozonization, Coagulation – Flocculation, Lamellar Decantation, Double Stage Filtration and final Disinfection of the water for consumption, with recovery of the filter cleaning water.

For the implementation of the mechanical equipment, an Industrial Building will be built. It will also contain the reactive dosing rooms, office and control room, warehouse and electrical panels.
