Wastewater treatment in Cepeda la Mora (Ávila)
Description of the Works:
Construction project of the appropriate sewage treatment systems in the municipality of Cepeda la Mora.
The design population is 500 equivalent inhabitants, treating a flow of 125 m3/day.
Moreover, appropriate actions are planned to eliminate leaks in the sewage network that exist in the pipelines at three different points in the municipality.

The principal elements that make up the projected plant are as follows:
- Pretreatment with two roughing channels, the normal working channel is equipped with a screw type screen and the by-pass channel equipped with a manual grid.
- Compact purification unit with a diameter of 3.5 meters, and a length of 21 meters, equipped with four submerged aerators of 2kW power.
- Treated water outlet chamber, in which an electromagnetic flow meter is installed.
